At Miné, many of our articles are stitched and prepared with care after your order is confirmed. Because of this, orders require processing time before they are handed over to our delivery partner.

After receiving your advance payment, your order will be confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Processing time: 3-5 business working days

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, stitch, check, pack, and dispatch your order.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive their order/shipping details once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated according to the delivery location and will be communicated/displayed at the time of order.
